Our company's buffer materials mainly include EPDM closed-cell foam (71-42, 91-42, 55-2, 77-2, 76-0, AE-200, AE-201W, AE-201G), EPDM Open cell foaming (AE-100, AE-102, AE-103), PE foaming (AX-200, AX-201, AF-200), EVA closed cell foaming (AV-200-30, AV-200 -45), EVA open-cell foam (AV-100/AV-200), PU foam (AU-100, AU-200), NBR/PVC foam (AN-100 skin, AN-100 core, AP- 200, AN-200 skin, AN-200 core, AN-200 double-sided skin) and other material products.

EPDM (EPDM) is a saturated polymer with very good aging resistance, good weather resistance and chemical resistance, excellent electrical insulation performance and good impact elasticity. The most important characteristic is its superior resistance to oxidation, ozone and erosion; it can resist heat, light, oxygen, especially ozone. EPDM is nonpolar in nature, resistant to polar solutions and chemicals, has low water absorption, and has good insulating properties. EPDM closed-cell materials are mainly used in several fields that require aging resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation. EPDM open-cell material has the characteristics of open-cell structure, soft and fast rebound, and is a good buffer material.

EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) closed-cell foam material has good softness, rubber-like elasticity, good chemical stability, good anti-aging and ozone resistance, and non-toxic. The EVA open-cell material is soft and can produce large deformation under pressure, thus playing a buffering role.

PE (polyethylene) is odorless, non-toxic, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum operating temperature can reach -70 ~ -100 ℃), good chemical stability, and can withstand most acid and alkali erosion (not resistant to oxidizing acid), insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, low water absorption, excellent electrical insulation performance; but polyethylene is very sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and mechanical effects), and has poor heat aging resistance. It is resistant to hydrochloric acid, Various chemical substances such as hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, amines, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, nitric acid and sulfuric acid have a strong destructive effect on polyethylene. Polyethylene is easy to be photo-oxidized, thermally oxidized, decomposed by ozone, and easily degraded under the action of ultraviolet rays. Carbon black has excellent light shielding effect on polyethylene. Reactions such as cross-linking, chain scission, and formation of unsaturated groups can occur after irradiation. PE foam materials are prone to permanent deformation when subjected to force.

PU (polyurethane) foamed product has its unique network structure, high resilience and good cushioning function. At present, polyurethane foam plastics are widely used. Soft foamed plastics are mainly used for various cushions and sound insulation materials for furniture and vehicles;

NBR/PVC (rubber plastic) foam, NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) has excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion. It also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding properties. Widely used in the manufacture of various oil-resistant rubber products, various oil-resistant gaskets, gaskets, casings, flexible packaging, soft rubber hoses, printing and dyeing rubber rollers, cable rubber materials, etc. It is mainly used to make oil-resistant products, and is often used to make various oil-resistant molded products, such as O-rings, oil seals, leather bowls, diaphragms, valves, bellows, etc. It is also used to make rubber sheets and wear-resistant parts.
