Relying on rich experience and technologies accumulated in the course of research and production, ADIA collects the latest results of rubber and plastic foam materials around the world, adopts high precision processing equipments to deal with horizontally cutting, stripping, coating, cutting, punching, etc. and manufacture all kinds of rubber and plastic foam materials ( such as EPDM, PU, PE, EVA, CR, NBR/PVC, NR, etc.), board materials, sheet materials, coil materials, single/double side coated plates, self-adhesive tapes, heterotype die cuttings, cushion pads, and so on, which are widely used in automobiles, high speed trains, precision instruments, household appliances, air conditioners, heating and ventilating equipment, purifying equipment, noise control equipment, etc.
Our thermal insulation materials mainly include PE foam (AF-200), NBR/PVC foam (AN-200) and other materials.
PE (polyethylene) is odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum operating temperature can reach -70 ~ -100 ℃), good chemical stability, and can withstand most acid and alkali erosion (Not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties), insoluble in common solvents at room temperature, low water absorption, and excellent electrical insulation performance; but polyethylene is very sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and mechanical effects), and has poor heat aging resistance. Room temperature It is resistant to various chemicals such as hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, amines, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, etc. Nitric acid and sulfuric acid have a strong destructive effect on polyethylene. Polyethylene is easy to be photo-oxidized, thermally oxidized, decomposed by ozone, and easily degraded under the action of ultraviolet rays. Carbon black has excellent light shielding effect on polyethylene. Reactions such as cross-linking, chain scission, and formation of unsaturated groups can occur after irradiation.
NBR/PVC (rubber plastic) foam, NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) has excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion. It also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding properties. Widely used in the manufacture of various oil-resistant rubber products, various oil-resistant gaskets, gaskets, casings, flexible packaging, soft rubber hoses, printing and dyeing rubber rollers, cable rubber materials, etc. It is mainly used to make oil-resistant products, and is often used to make various oil-resistant molded products, such as O-rings, oil seals, leather cups, diaphragms, valves, bellows, etc. It is also used to make rubber sheets and wear-resistant parts.
