AU-100
EPDM EPDM is a kind of saturated polymer with excellent aging resistance, weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, electrical insulation and impact elasticity. The most important characteristic is its superior oxidation resistance, ozone resistance and erosion resistance; it can resist heat, light, oxygen, especially ozone. EPDM is essentially nonpolar, resistant to polar solutions and chemicals, with low water absorption and good insulation properties. EPDM closed cell materials are mainly used in the fields of aging resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation. EPDM opening material has the characteristics of opening structure, soft and fast rebound, which is a good buffer material.
EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) closed cell foaming material has good softness, rubber like elasticity, good chemical stability, anti-aging and ozone resistance, and is non-toxic. EVA opening material is soft, which can produce large deformation under pressure, so it plays a buffer role.
PE (polyethylene) odorless, non-toxic, has excellent low temperature resistance (the minimum use temperature can reach - 70 ~ - 100 ℃), good chemical stability, can withstand most of the acid and alkali corrosion (not resistant to the acid with oxidation property), and is insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, However, polyethylene is very sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and mechanical action) and has poor heat-resistant aging. At room temperature, it is resistant to hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, amines, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and other chemicals. Nitric acid and sulfuric acid have strong destructive effect on polyethylene. Polyethylene is prone to photooxidation, thermal oxidation, ozone decomposition, and degradation under the action of ultraviolet light. Carbon black has excellent light shielding effect on polyethylene. After irradiation, the reaction of crosslinking, chain breaking and unsaturated group formation can take place. PE foam materials are prone to permanent deformation under stress.
PU (polyurethane) foaming products have unique network structure, high rebound and good buffer function. At present, polyurethane foam is widely used. Soft foamed plastic is mainly used for furniture and transportation materials, sound insulation materials, etc;
NBR/PVC (rubber plastic) foaming, NBR (nitrile rubber) excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance, strong adhesion. It also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding performance. It is widely used for making various oil resistant rubber products, various oil resistant washers, gaskets, sleeves, soft packaging, soft rubber tubes, printing and dyeing rubber rollers, cable rubber materials, etc. It is mainly used for making oil resistant products, commonly used for making various oil resistant molded products, such as O-rings, oil seals, cups, diaphragms, valves, bellows, etc., and also for making rubber plates and wear-resistant parts.
